You have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or support
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Windows / Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 products
- Thorough knowledge of Linux Administration
- Experience in areas such as Networking, Security, DB Administration, Backups
- Experience with any infrastructure monitoring tool (open source or commercial)
- Solid experience in the deployment and administration of web application stacks (e.g. Nginx, Apache, Tomcat / TomEE / PHP-FPM).
- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications. Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities simultaneously
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is considered a plus
You might also have:
- JIRA/ Confluence
- Familiarity with network protocols relevant to speech processing, such as: SIP, MRCP, RTP, DTMF, SDP, HTTP, Websockets, and VXML.
- Container Orchestration: Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm (standalone or their cloud offerings by Azure/GCP/AWS)
- Git merge request review and approve
- Build tools & scripts (Maven or similar like Ant, Gradle)
- CI/CD tools: Gitlab, CircleCI, Jenkins or similar like Bamboo, Hudson or TravisCI
- Configuration Management tools such as: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt
- Application Performance & Monitoring: Elastic Stack
- Central Log Management: Grafana, Prometheus, Kafka, Application Traces
- Experience with Observability Toolbox such as Sentry
- Experience with Sonarqube, Junit and Selenium integration into a devops pipeline
- Experience in one or more of the following technology sectors: IVR/CTI, ASR/STT or similar
- Domain knowledge in Customer Service/Contact Center applications
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
