Sales Manager, Mobile Solutions [Position Code: SMMS0516]

We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented Senior Sales Manager for our Mobile Solutions Business Unit, who will be able to successfully manage leads, prospect and identify new sales opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and exceed revenue objectives.  The role will be hands-on and will report to the Mobile Solutions Business Development Director. The position requires a high-energy individual with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and professionalism are also necessary. A successful candidate is one who feels empowered to innovate, takes action, is customer driven, and can be trusted to make the right decisions. The role includes pre-sales and post-sales tasks. Position based in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
  • Grow Direct Sales prospect list
  • Grow Local Partner network in the areas of interest
  • Timely and accurate forecasting
  • Pipeline and activity reporting
  • Client presentations
  • Participation in regular sales meetings
  • Manage RFP responses  
  • Creating the buzz on project won mainly via social media channels
  • Consistently high standards of service to clients
  • Adherence to internal company procedures
  • Competition and market monitoring and reporting to management

Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving/overachieving quotas and strategic objectives in sales of technology solutions (B2B) for the Telecom Sector in the MEA, Eastern Europe and/or APAC regions
  • Strong selling skills into major accounts
  • A highly motivated self-starter and team player
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
  • Unparalleled interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Passion, enthusiasm and desire to meet sales objectives and company targets
  • Easy/fast adjustment to a rapid changing environment
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under minimum supervision
  • Impeccable command of English language, both verbal/written
  • International perspective
  • Desire for continued growth

Other Considerations
Preference will be given to candidates who in addition to the requirements above can also demonstrate the following skills:
  • Proven track record of selling to Marketing leaders in the Mobile Telecom space in MEA, Eastern Europe and/or APAC regions
  • MBA or equivalent Postgraduate degree in Business or Marketing
  • Excellent command of French, Arabic or Russian languages, both verbal/written
  • Experience in Sales of VAS and/or Mobile Marketing Solutions
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
